Your Plastic Surgery Consultation

Learn all that you can to separate fact from fiction so that you can make an informed decision regarding cosmetic surgery. Upon scheduling a consultation the professional staff at Plasticare Surgery Center will ascertain your needs and forward to you a complete information package that will make you better prepared to determine your surgical options. Your consultation will be with Dr. Joy (NOT A CONSULTANT) who will discuss your needs and ultimate surgical results. The first private consultation will require approximately one hour and may include educational videos and before and after patient photos.

Information regarding surgical fees and financing options will be available at this time. Should reimbursement by an insurance carrier be appropriate, arrangements for an insurance letter, photographs, and billing will be made. The staff at Plasticare Surgery Center will assist you in arranging the surgical date, financing if necessary, as well as your pre-operative physical and laboratory tests.

If you are traveling from outside the Los Angeles-Long Beach area, we will be happy to provide you with hotel and transportation information. Extended overnight care is available at Plasticare Surgery Center. Additional in-hospital care can be provided at St. Mary Medical Center or Los Alamitos Medical Center.

Overnight recovery facility with ACLS nursing care

We are equidistant from the Los Angeles International Airport and Orange County John Wayne Airport. We are also in close proximity to the Long Beach Airport.

Consultation Appointment

Your consultation appointment will be conducted exclusively with Dr. Joy and she will spend about an hour speaking with you. The minimum consultation fee is $95.00. Revisionary and special cases may require more time and we can quote you the correct consultation fee for special cases when you call for an appointment. Patient Financing

Office Hours

Our Office is open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Our Office is closed for lunch from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. The office is in close proximity to Long Beach Memorial Medical Center. Appointments can be scheduled by calling our office at 562-427-8944.
